  ZulMarHotels group is made up by Hotel Roca Bella and Lago Playa Complex. Both are located in a privileged position, in a natural area and very close to the sea.
  
  Our accommodation offer is wide so that you can choose the most suitable alternative to your expectations and budget.
  
  El Hotel Roca Bella: is one the most well-know hotels in the island because it was the first hotel built in Formentera more than 50 years ago. The hotel is located at the end of the bay of Es Pujols. It certainly stands in a unique position, just on the beach and with all its rooms having a nice terrace with sea view. Hotel facilities are updated on a yearly basis to maintain a quality standard for the client. Hotel Roca Bella has two types of room categories: “Standard” rooms that have air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, ventilator, safe box (to rent) and bathroom, and “Superior” rooms which are relatively newer and have same facilities as standard rooms, but also air conditioning/heater, microwave and refrigerator.
  
  
  
  Close to Hotel Roca Bella, there is Cafeteria Zulmar, a nice place where you can enjoy our Mediterranean kitchen and cocktails. We also have a sun beds and umbrellas rental on the beach.
  
  Lago Playa Complex: it’s located in a natural environment, surrounded by pines, and it is only 100 meters from the beach of Sa Roqueta. The Complex is made up of three different structures:
  
      Hotel Lago Playa I  is the central structure where all shared facilities are (reception, dining hall, bar, swimming-pool and children’s ground). Hotel Lago Playa I has comfortable rooms with a balcony, telephone, satellite TV, ventilator, safe box (to rent), bathroom and air conditioning/heater.
  
      Bungalows Lago Playa is in fact a ground floor building with different house divisions. All rooms have a terrace, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning/heater, fridge, safe box (to rent) and a bathroom.
  
      Hostel Lago Playa II is the simplest structure of our offer. Rooms are comfortable with telephone, satellite TV, ventilator, safe box (to rent) and a bathroom with a shower. (Rooms do not have a balcony, but a window).
